Tenure track position in agricultural microbial ecology

The Department of Microbiological Sciences at North Dakota State University seeks an enthusiastic, collaborative tenure-track Assistant Professor (9-month, 60% research, 40% teaching) with expertise in the microbial ecology of agricultural systems to contribute to the department’s teaching, research, and outreach mission. We are looking for qualified candidates that will teach and advise students at the undergraduate and graduate level as well as develop and maintain an extramurally funded research program. Candidates who employ their research to understand complex microbial systems impacting production agriculture are encouraged to apply.
